Vanguard is a campervan conversion company based in Inverness-shire. They specialise in custom campervan conversions and sell campervan parts such as external and internal fittings, heating systems, as well as accessories such as campervan burner hobs, sinks and fridges.
The company offer five campervan conversion models. Their top of the range campervan is the Highline, which Vanguard describe as being ‘luxury’. The vehicle is built on the VW T5 and T6, is a four berth and can seat up to four people. The campervan is equipped with all necessities such as a table, wardrobe storage, and numerous drawers and cupboards for extra storage space, which makes it an ideal vehicle for longer trips. Included is also a sink and hob unit and a 40 litre fridge.
The next campervan conversion in the range is the Trendline. Vanguard claim this camper as their most common conversion layout. This practical camper sleeps two people with a pull down seat that turns into a wide bed. Other necessary interior features include a two burner hob and sink, fridge with a freezer compartment and plenty of storage space. The Trendline is the most adaptable conversion in the range, as it is used on the VW T4, T5, T6, as well as the Mercedes Vito, Ford Custom, Vauxhall Vivaro and Renault Traffic.
Vanguard describe their Comfortline campervan as a day van with a very different layout to a lot of other campervans. With two seats and two berths, this camper conversion was designed to offer plenty of open space whilst still being equipped with all usual campervan facilities, including a two burner hob, fridge and freezer as well as cupboard space.
Another popular campervan conversion in the Vanguard range is the Evo Designed camper, which allows the customer to design their dream campervan. This conversion is built on the VW T2 Bay – T4, T5, T6, Ford Custom, Mercedes Sprinter and Vivaro/Traffic Crafter. Customers can also pick from a range of furniture and colours.
The last Vanguard campervan conversion in the range is the Overlander. This new 4x4 vehicle sports a unique interior, including an electric double bed which lowers from the roof, a roof rack with attachments for surfboards and bikes. There’s also plenty of room for internal storage.
