1. Campfire Cooler

Our first drink combines sweet, fiery, and zesty flavours to create the ultimate taste combo, perfect for sipping around a campfire!

 

Ingredients

• Mango Juice
• Ginger Ale
• 1 Lime
• Ice

 

Method

1. In a glass with ice combine ½ mango juice and ½ ginger ale, and a tbsp of lime juice.
2. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Ingredients

• Pineapple Juice
• Coconut Milk
• Pineapple Slices
• Ice

Method

1.     In a jar or cocktail shaker combine ⅔ pineapple juice and ⅓ coconut milk.
2.     Secure the lid and shake well until the mixture is combined and frothy.
3.     Pour the drink into a glass with ice.
4.    Garnish with pineapple slices.

 

3. Hiker’s Hydration

This is the perfect drink for active campers who like to stay hydrated and refreshed while travelling!

 

Ingredients

• 1 Cucumber
• Mint Leaves
• 2 Limes
• 2 Tbsp of Simple Syrup or Honey
• Still water or sparkling water
• Ice cubes

 

Method

1. Cut half a cucumber into slices.
2. In a bowl squeeze the juice from 2 limes.
3. Add the cucumber slices and mint to the bowl of lime juice.
4. Muddle the mixture in the bowl with a spoon or muddler.
5. (Optional step) Strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother texture.
6. Add the mixture to a glass with ice.
7. Add water and simple syrup or honey and stir.
8. Add additional cucumber slices and mint for garnish.

• Tonic water
• Cranberry Juice
• 1 Lemon

Method

1. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into a cup with ice.
2. Add ½ tonic water and ½ cranberry juice.

 

5. Starry Night Surprise  

Match the cosmos under the night sky with this twinkling drink!

Ingredients

• Cola
• 2 Tbsp Coconut Syrup
• Edible Glitter
• Lime

 

Method

1. Add cola, coconut syrup, and edible glitter to a glass with ice and stir.
2. Garnish with a lime slice.

6. Nomads Nectar

Ingredients

• ½ Cup of Honey
• 2 Tbsp Apple juice
• Ginger Root Slices
• 1 Cup of Still Water
• Sparkling water
• Ice

 

Method

1. In a pot, add still water, honey, and 4 slices of ginger root.
2. Heat pot on medium heat for 5 minutes, making sure to stir the mixture regularly.
3. Remove the ginger slices from the mixture and leave the mixture to cool.
4. Once the mixture has cooled add the mixture to a glass with ice.
5. Add sparkling water and mix.

 

7. Scenic Route Spritz

Ingredients

• 4 Tbsp Elderflower Cordial
• Sparkling Water
• Strawberries
• Mint Leaves
• 1 Lime

 

Method

1. Cut lime in half, use the juice of one half of the lime and add to a glass.
2. Cut the other half of the lime into thin rounds.
3. Cut the strawberries in half.
4. Add lime rounds and strawberries into a glass.
5. Pour elderflower cordial into the glass.
6. Top the glass off with sparkling water and mix.
7. Garnish with mint leaves.

 

8. Wanderlust Watermelon

Ingredients

• Watermelon Juice or 1 Fresh Watermelon
• 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
• 1 Tbsp Honey
• Lemonade
• Ice

 

Method

If you don’t already have watermelon juice you can make this buy cutting a watermelon into small cubes, then mashing them in a bowl and straining the mixture through a sieve to remove the pulp.

1. In a cup or jug combine watermelon juice, lime, juice and honey and stir.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass with ice.
3. Top the glass with lemonade.
4. Garnish with a watermelon slice .

Method

• Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any seeds and pulp.
• Pour the berry mixture into a glass with ice.
• Add lemonade and mix well
